The release of HandlingPilot is Think-to's commitment to the industry that they made in 2019. In the era of Industry 4.0, every moment is immersed in the whirlpool of intelligence. Since 2010, Think-to's goal has not only been to stay at the forefront of technology but also to create a smarter and more efficient future. Intelligence does not just refer to simple production automation; it is a profound and strategic shift in thinking. The aim is to achieve a fully automated production process without human intervention, similar to a lights-off factory, in order to significantly enhance efficiency. 在发布会上,新途流体定义了六个层次的智能化,从基础的L0到先进的L5,为行业描绘了清晰的发展路径,并指导了产品研发的方向。为了更好地服务合作伙伴,新途流体推出了三大产品序列:FilingPilot、GasPilot和HandlingPilot。这些产品涵盖了各种需求,确保合作伙伴在不同层次上获得最佳体验。

At the launch event, Think-to defined six levels of intelligence, ranging from the basic L0 to the advanced L5, providing a clear development path for the industry and guiding product research and development directions. To better serve their partners, Think-to introduced three major product series: FilingPilot, GasPilot, and HandlingPilot. These products cover various needs, ensuring that partners can have the best experience at different levels.

追溯过去,只是为了更好地展望未来。

 

 

此次,新途流体新品发布会发布的主打产品HandlingPilot,旨在完成气瓶作业场景的无人化。瓶装气行业员工作业内容复杂,身体负荷大,容易疲劳和操作失误。同时,作业环境存在安全风险。HandlingPilot的目标就是通过多个环节的无人化来解放员工,完成气瓶识别、搬运、清洗消毒、瓶阀开关及接头装拆等作业,从根本上提升人员安全和生产效率。

The flagship product, HandlingPilot, unveiled at the Think-to product launch event, aims to achieve unmanned operations in cylinder handling scenarios. The tasks performed by employees in the bottled gas industry are complex, physically demanding, and prone to fatigue and operational errors. Additionally, there are safety risks in the working environment. The goal of HandlingPilot is to liberate employees by automating various stages of the process, including cylinder identification, handling, cleaning and disinfection, valve opening/closing, and coupling assembly/disassembly. This fundamentally enhances personnel safety and production efficiency.

 

 

为了实现无人化,HandlingPilot应用了多项先进技术。在数据采集维度上,引入了无源传感器和RFID无线射频技术实现气瓶的快速识别与判断,采用激光SLAM技术实现设备的快速定位与地图构建,利用物联网实现传感器、设备与计算机的互联协同。在数据处理维度,使用边缘服务器将大量数据处理转移到数据源头附近,降低延迟并提高数据安全性。机器视觉结合图像处理、模式识别、机器学习和人工智能等技术,实现设备对图像和视频的感知、理解和解释。在物理执行维度,根据场景选用不同类型的机器人和AGV,采用伺服系统实现瓶阀开关和接头装拆。

To achieve unmanned operations, HandlingPilot incorporates several advanced technologies.

 

In terms of data collection, it utilizes passive sensors and RFID wireless radio frequency technology to enable fast identification and assessment of cylinders. Laser SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping) technology is employed for rapid equipment positioning and map construction. The Internet of Things (IoT) is utilized to facilitate interconnectivity and synergy between sensors, devices, and computers.

 

In the realm of data processing, edge servers are used to shift a significant amount of data processing closer to the data sources, reducing latency and enhancing data security. Machine vision combines image processing, pattern recognition, machine learning, and artificial intelligence techniques to enable devices to perceive, understand, and interpret images and videos.

 

In terms of physical execution, different types of robots and AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles) are selected based on the specific scenarios. Servo systems are employed to accomplish tasks such as valve opening/closing and coupling assembly/disassembly.
